Crypto Payments and Refunds

We accept USDT on Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. There are no cards, no bank transfers and no identity checks. Because payments are on-chain, they carry the finality of the blockchain.

Every top-up is prepaid credit, consumed as you use the API. Credit is added to your balance automatically once your payment is confirmed on-chain.

Unused credit is not refundable. You buy a prepaid balance and draw it down as you make requests; it does not expire, and it stays on your account until you use it.

That said, we would rather keep a customer than hold an orphaned balance — so if you have genuinely unused credit and a good reason, email us and we will look at it case by case as a goodwill gesture.

If you send the wrong token, on the wrong network, or to an address other than the one shown on your invoice, those funds are permanently lost. Blockchain transfers cannot be recalled, and we are not able to recover them. Please double-check the network, the token and the address before you send, every time.

If an outage or a fault on our side stops you using the service, we will not leave you out of pocket for the affected period. Email support with the details and we can adjust your credit for the time you were unable to use. This is handled as a credit adjustment, not an on-chain refund.

• If we suspend or terminate your account for abuse or a breach of the Terms of Service, any remaining credit may be forfeited.
• If we terminate for a reason that is not your fault, we may refund unused credit or return it as service credit, at our discretion.
• If you close your own account, unused credit on it is not refundable.
• Where applicable law requires us to return an unused prepaid balance, we will.

Payment is matched to your order by our on-chain watcher. Credit is issued after the required number of confirmations — the count is shown with your invoice. Invoices are time-limited: if the window closes before your transfer lands, create a fresh invoice from the console and send again. Need to convert funds first? Swap to USDT (BEP-20) on a service such as ff.io, then send to the invoice address.
