Not today. Keys are issued by HELIOROUTE and your customers talk to our base URL directly. White-labelling — your own domain and brand on top — is on the roadmap but not live yet, so please do not advertise it as available.
Open the Reseller section in your console. Give the key a label (your customer name), set a budget in USD and a rate limit, then click create. The raw key is shown exactly once — copy it and hand it to your customer. If you lose it, revoke it and issue a new one.
Every sub-key has its own budget. When that customer hits it, their requests stop with a clear budget-exceeded error while everyone else keeps working — you do not have to babysit it. You can also revoke the key instantly to cut them off before the budget is reached.
